Affordable housing applicants are categorized into four types: Green Form, White Form, White Form (2), and subsidized housing by the Housing Society. Income limits for each applicant type vary. Both Green Form and White Form applicants have an income limit of HKD 33,000, which increases to HKD 66,000 for two or more applicants. White Form (2) applicants and subsidized housing by the Housing Society have slightly lower income limits of HKD 33,000 and HKD 26,000, respectively.
